Refund policy

Digital products are immediate-access goods, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

When refunds apply

If a file is materially defective or cannot be accessed after purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

Email the order address and a short description of the issue. Include your order reference where possible so we can respond quickly.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available, except where required by law.

We may offer a replacement file, an equivalent product, store credit, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
